Welcome to the AFF 10th Anniversary Logo Contest! Please review all the guidelines listed below to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible!

Can you believe that AFF has been around for 10 years as of 2012? I know I can’t and I’ve been around for a while! In honor of hitting 10 years in a day and age when sites come and go more frequently than some people change their socks, we need to mark it with something special!

Without you, our marvelous users, we would not be here today as a Fan Fiction site is nothing if there are no fans writing fiction. As such, we are turning to you to help us celebrate the momentous occasion. Hm, how to do it? How to celebrate?

I know! We need a new logo! We can’t have the same old thing that we’ve had for the past few years! So here are the rules/requirements:

Submission Requirements:

1. All submissions must be the submitters own art or photography, due to copyright laws no fan art is allowed
2. You may submit as many logos as you would like.
3. Full frontal nudity is not allowed. Please leave the nibbly bits covered.
4. All submissions must meet the image guidelines as listed below so that it doesn’t throw off the balance on the site.
5. Submissions must include the following release statement verbatim:
   

   “I, (insert your name), certify that the submitted work is my own and is not subject to any copyright. By submitting this work, I allow AdultFanFiction.net to use the image in their CafePress.com store and understand that I will not be receiving any monetary reimbursement if they choose to use submitted image. I further attest that I am at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to use and access AdultFanFiction.net.”

6. Also in your email, please include how you would like to be recognized when the winner is announced. You may either include your full name or a pseudonym, which ever you are more comfortable with.
7. Submissions are due by 11-1-2011, we apologize but anything submitted after that date cannot be accepted.
8. As submissions will be voted on by the members of AFF, so please do not sign your work. If it is selected and you prefer to have your work signed, when sending in your submission please send us both a signed and unsigned copy.
9. Submissions must be mailed to contest@adultfanfiction.net
10. Please note that in honor of our 10th anniversary, there are two contests running this year. Be sure to note in your subject line that you are submitting for the logo contest.

Contest Timeline:

• Submissions are due by 11-01-2011
• User submissions will be uploaded to a submission page by 11-07-2011
• Voting will be open from 11-07-2011 to 12-18-2011

Voting

• Once the submission period ends, all art will be uploaded and numbered for anonymity.
• A poll will be posted in the contest forum to allow for voting
• All members and guests will be allowed to vote
• One vote per person
• Forum Guests will be allowed to vote
• Depending on the number of entries, there are two options:
  • If there are enough entries, the two runner’s up will be used in Q1, Q2 and the first place winner will hold the place of honor for the remainder of the year!
  • Otherwise, we will simply use the first place winner all year

Image Guidelines

1. The dimensions the image should be no smaller than 470x108 and no larger than 500x115.
2. Images may be flash, jpg, gif or png.
3. Image should be no more than 30kb so as not to slow loading.

Miscellaneous Information:

• The contest is open to regular members only. Staff and admin are not allowed to submit or to vote.
